iGrowit does not allow Sponsors to be changed. There are simply too many complications and potential legal pitfalls. Whatever the situation is with your Sponsor, they were the one that brought you into this opportunity. This was both your responsibility in terms of selecting your sponsor, and also a financial benefit to them depending on your success. iGrowit will be providing training and support, so you should never be left with no answer about your account. Below is the Sponsor Change policy found in our updated Policies and Procedures:


Change of Sponsor
In order to protect the business of every Independent Distributor, iGrowit prohibits changes in sponsorship. Accordingly, the transfer of an iGrowit business from one sponsor to another is rarely permitted. Requests for change of sponsorship must be submitted in writing to the iGrowit Support Department, and must include the reason for the transfer. Transfers will only be considered in the circumstances noted in the following three points:


Conflicting Enrollments
Every prospective distributor has the ultimate right to choose his/her own Sponsor. As a general rule, the first distributor who does meaningful work with a prospective distributor is considered to have first claim to sponsorship. Basic tenets of common sense and consideration should govern any dispute that may arise. In the event that a prospect or any distributor on behalf of a prospective distributor, submits more than one Distributor Agreement to iGrowit listing a different sponsor on each, the Company will only consider valid the first Distributor Application and Agreement that it receives, accepts, and processes. If there is any question concerning the sponsorship of an distributor, the final decision will be made by iGrowit.


Misplacement
Where an incorrect placement was made due to a distributor error, a change in the line of sponsorship can be made to correct the error where a request for a change is made within thirty (30) days of enrollment. If you make such a request, you must also submit the written consent of your sponsor along with the required placement change fee. If at the time of the request you have any down-line organization in place, no change will be permitted in the line of sponsorship. In the event that such a change is approved, commissions and bonuses earned will be adjusted accordingly. In no case will a change of placement be approved where a signed application has not been received by iGrowit.


Cancellation and Re-application
A Distributor may legitimately change organizations by remaining inactive (i.e., no purchases of iGrowit products, no sales of iGrowit products, no sponsoring, no attendance at any iGrowit functions, participation in any other form of distributor activity, or operation of any other iGrowit business, no income from the iGrowit business) for six (6) full calendar months. Following the six-month period of inactivity, the former distributor may reapply under a new sponsor. However, the former distributor’s down-line will remain in their original line of sponsorship.
