You can downgrade your account at any time through your back office. Simply follow these steps:
- Click the arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of your back office
- Choose My Account
- Scroll to the bottom of the next page
- Choose the Downgrade button
- Click the dropdown box and confirm your choice on the next page (Downgrade Now or Downgrade before your next bill) and click Submit.
If you choose the Downgrade Now option your account will immediately be downgraded to a free Member, and your card will no longer be charged. If you choose the option to Downgrade before your next bill your account will remain as a paying Member, until just before your bill is due, then our system will automatically downgrade it.
