Credit Vouchers can be utilized when free Members want to upgrade to a paying Member, or when an existing Member needs to make their monthly payment. Credit Vouchers are used when a credit card, iPayout or NXPay account, or earned commissions are not payment options.
Users can purchase vouchers directly from their credit card, Credit Wallet, or iPayout account. To do this, simply go to the Vouchers page of the Money tab in your back office, then click the "Purchase Voucher" button. A box will pop up for you to select the number of vouchers you would like to purchase and the payment method. After you make your choices just check the agreement box for the terms, then click Continue. Once the vouchers are purchased you will see the details for each voucher in the "Voucher Details" section of the Voucher page. Once used, the status of the Voucher will change to "Redeemed".
To use a Credit Voucher, select Credit Voucher as your payment method, then paste the Voucher Code into the provided field. Proceed through the rest of the payment process as normal.
Please note: Our 30-day refund policy also applies to voucher purchases. If a Member purchases a voucher and does not use it, the voucher can be refunded to the payment source that the voucher purchase originated from within 30 days of the purchase. Only unused vouchers are eligible for refund. Request to refund a voucher must be submitted to our Customer Service department within 30 days of the voucher purchase date.
